By accessing and using the Havigo mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Havigo is a mobile platform that connects users with heavy vehicle operators for booking services including Farana Cranes, Hydra vehicles, Ambulances, Platform Vehicles, and Tow Trucks. We act as an intermediary between service providers and customers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the property and safety of service providers
  • Pay for services as agreed upon booking confirmation
  • Cancel bookings in accordance with our cancellation policy

4. Service Provider Obligations

  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance for all vehicles
  • Provide services in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with local regulations
  • Honor confirmed bookings unless emergency circumstances arise

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. Havigo may charge service fees for facilitating connections between users and service providers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Havigo acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party operators. Users engage service providers at their own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

Havigo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
